First 3 just walking, felt this in my calves
Next 3 walking skipping every other step, feeling this in my thighs
Final 4 jogging up, especially fast on the last repeat. Felt like dying at the top after the last one.
Felt I mightve been able to do 1 or 2 more. Maybe next time try to pick up the speed already with the walking ones but overall I thought made sense to mix different things because clearly felt them in different parts of legs.
Saw some people doing different things, interesting to maybe try those at some stage (going sideways, even jogging sideways, 'skate' jumps etc)

Jog back home. Legs felt very wobbly when I started, didnt feel as wobbly on the stairs but when just standing they were clearly shaking! Somewhat better on the jog home but still tired
