Lovely run, nice to have 9 people out in 2 separate groups with Carolyn going off on her own for a head start.

Decided to take it easy so as not to use all my energy before MLS orienteering, but really love running up to Kelston and got carried away...

Fun to have both mine and Scott's big headtorches so were easily able to be seen by Sara, about 14-15km away in Redland....
