Morning run with Laura across the fields in the dark. Path called "in the wolfs laugh". She burnt me off at the end, obviously netball and sprint training paying dividends! I stand no chance head to head in 10k in spring.

Last day of bookfair ahead... no more meetings, just sit and watch the fancy dress gangs wander about, hopefully sell a book or two then drive to maastricht....

Run (Altkönig with Laura) 1:30:41 13.22 km (6:51 / km) +598m 5:36 / km
ahr:157 max:177 slept:5.6 shoes: Feet2 - Yellow

Pre-Frankfurt Bookfair run up Altkönig in the Taunus. If Laura keeps up this level of fitness I have no chance of retaining the office 10k record, she barely broke sweat while I was huffing and puffing all the way up! Descending was fast and fun though! A few minutes slower than last year but I think we spent more time looking at Weisse Mauer and taking a few photos than last year... felt like I ran more of the uphill this year, though was definitely still feeling Sunday's race in my calves....
