Lovely woods to run in. Went evens first as seemed an obvious route to good turn over point. Had trouble finding 76 as getting careless by that point. Turnover at 66 then a bit of trouble finding 75...was unsure how to mop up last few controls from 63, so went 57-65 to stay on level then back round and up to 55. Didn't spot the more obvious route via 69. Unsure which was better but suspect mine wasn't optimum... 3 secs ahead of Ifor at turnover was surprised to be so far clear of him at finish.

5 x 2 mins 5 x 1 mins with 1 min recovery. Fun session, good turnout, nice to have Finn Tino-Taneli Tanttu along as a pace setter for Scott.... with an 800m pb of 1:49 turns out 2min efforts were rather his thing....! :)
