Reduced swim limit and back. 8 degrees again. Sauna un-impressive. Wrong kind of stove, not enough stones, no löyly bucket. i.e. not a sauna just a hot dry room....

More night O fun. doubt I had optimal route, went off to go anti clockwise from 206. got 208 and 219 before 225 thinking to save climb but it wasn't that steep there. Lost some time on 219 going in and out of wrong bits of wood... 209 and 210 then wasnt sure if you could get round top of map but saw that the wall was still on map so figured it was OK. Missed 213 on first attempt. Bloody trees in woods... easier bouncing back off wall. at 214 realised running out of time so went up for 220. Missed 218 on first attempt looking to come off wall bend then missed it, realised I was too far going through marsh. Came back, found a tag well away from control, and was about to give up when found control. 223, 224, 211. Decided I had time to get 207 and 217 on way back to finish, was wrong. But think that finish box not synched with start so results show me back less late.... Reckon it was about minute and a half in it... Overall 19 of 24 controls, reckon I scored 400 minus whatever penalty for however late I was... well beaten by the youngsters though!

Just time for 5 mins on Nordic Track... just the legs... still trying to get the hang of it but probably good leg strengthening exercises if nothing else!

Fun evenings run in beautiful moonlight. "Bit" muddy. Nice route lead by Scott & Amy and ably assisted by Jim. Good lasagne and pie looked great too in pub afterwards. 9 out in total with Amy braving the werewolves for a lonely short cut...!
