Shadowing James on score exercise. He did well, some obvious new orienteer mistakes but generally had a really good handle on what to do and definitely had good plans for executing legs.
10 runners out, useful format able to cater to both the fastest and new-inexperienced orienteers. three x three control line courses for those that wanted to do more training, either do them all in the up direction, or the middle one down if wanted a bit less running, or then do all the controls as a score course.
