Putting out controls for night o training exercise. Dropped one control and wasnt convinced of location of another so went back and moved it, found the dropped control so had to run to top of the hill to hang it before jogging back to meet the others.

Shadowing James on score exercise. He did well, some obvious new orienteer mistakes but generally had a really good handle on what to do and definitely had good plans for executing legs.

10 runners out, useful format able to cater to both the fastest and new-inexperienced orienteers. three x three control line courses for those that wanted to do more training, either do them all in the up direction, or the middle one down if wanted a bit less running, or then do all the controls as a score course.
