Lovely day for a longer ride. Was planning on doing more hills but wasn't as fit as I thought I was... and didn't have porridge for brekkie.... But still so nice to be out and about. Big military plane circling the airport kept me entertained too.....

First dose of Pfizer vaccine today. No idea why I was invited by surgery, seems ridiculous that I'd get it ahead of Sara who actually has to see people, but still positive and in the right direction...

25 mins tempo with gradual warm up and warm-down. Don't like warming down with watch HR zones as it mithers me to go slower than is comfortable...

Have definitely put on weight over the winter... time to start losing it again in time for 29th March... :)

Took advantage of a pleasant afternoon to go for a short bike ride... despite GPS track I did stay on road down Belmont Hill!!
