Got some progress coming for y'all. Pretty happy with the last few weeks, made some nice improvements!
- Sleeping less and fine the next day, feeling better when I wake up in the night.
- Clearer head/less brain fog etc
- Less frequent headaches, and haven't had any running for a while!
- Legs aren't as heavy when running and haven't had jelly/ numb legs in ages!!
- Energy is mostly there day to day.
So that just leaves a few small things to go!
-Achy muscles and the odd headache
- Wired/stressed feeling
- Temp regulation
