Soooo cold oh my days!!! Wore so many clothes I was pretty much just shuffling round. Also I swear I have so many buffs but where is one when you need it !???? Anyways did control pick, long legs and sprint then we all went and hibernated in the car

Yorkshire training weekend at Malham. Did bearings, long/short legs, map memory with Tara, fine-o, then raced peders round control pick in opposite directions. Fun training
