Long ish cycle with Dad. Nice figure of eight to near Embsay and back

Grisedale Horseshoe Fell race- 17km, 1500m+ climb. Seriously tough the whole way. Last climb killed me off... ended up doing an 18min/k ahaha didn't have anything left in the legs. Was glad to see the finish!

Hebden fell race. 2nd behind Victoria Wilkinson, i'll take it ;)

Cycle to near Barden Bridge and back.. few mechanicals en route so had to keep stopping
