HBT vs Haries fell race in the Pentlands. Good fun :))

wu plus a nice little run back up the hill and along the ridge with clo after the race.

Longer one with Clo and Floz- Meadows, canal, Craiglockhart.

Straight up to the top of the seat then round Whinny hill and back along the crags. Some decent short efforts up the hills and also 3 stair reps to finish.

EUOC intervals- 5x5 mins (1min) then 8x 60m strides.
Still feeling it from Sunday's race, legs not going anywhere particularly fast. But some cool fireworks so that's something.
