Intervals with a few Haries. All reps with 2 min jog recovery. 2 x 3min 2x 2 min 2x 1 min I then did two more 1 mins (others are racing bucs so were taking it easier) 4 ~25 sec hill sprints
Haries session around the links. Hadn't realised it was gonna be another hill session but not too bothered. We did 5x hill circuits- each around 3:50 mins for me (1 min rest). Tough.
