5 sprintavels, each around 1km except last one (and around 2/3 mins rest for each.) Was tricky and lost concentration a few times. Been a good few weeks but defo feeling it now so will probs have an easier week.

Pentlands with Felly. Ran for an hour then turned around and came back the same way. Such a good run :)
