sprint 4. Loads of walls and different levels. Found it hard to run and read the map so was a bit stop/starty.

Didn’t quite manage the 100 controls. With Roanne for a bit which was fun but other than that a bit boring on my own. Gorg terrain though <3

5 o intervals (with slow jog recovery) with Felly and Madara on the dunes. Quite a few mistakes. defo need more practice running under pressure.
