Orienteering 1:06:15 [5] 8.5 km (7:48 / km)

Bucs individual. Fun course and enjoyed the gaffling. But felt so tired less than 1/3 of the way through and had a horrible headache after.

Orienteering 31:30 [5] 4.96 km (6:21 / km)

Bucs relay- 1st leg. Came back around 5th, with no mistakes. Hill up to spectator was a real struggle though and felt like I was running in slow motion to the finish. :( In the end it came down to us and Cambridge and we just got it!!

Note

Got through the selection races ok but felt so tired and so slow and have had a headache for a while now. Think I probably overtrained. Knew I’d always be on the edge of selections so pushed it a bit too far the last few months and it backfired. Hoping I’ll be back soon.
