Another rest. Had the intention of doing a full day of revision yesterday but completely crashed by 11am. So tired and really struggling to do anything. Then slept for 14 hours last night. Feeling slightly better today, but not great.

Dumyat hill race. Felt okish warming up so decided to give it a go. Probably wasn't the best decision I've ever made. As soon as I started pushing hard my head was pounding and my legs gave up. Don't know how long this overtraining thing is gonna last. Maybe underestimated it a bit.
