Another short walk, very slow, nothing in the legs at all. Tired too but woke up and couldn't sleep anymore, happened a few times this past week where I woke up relatively early and couldn't get back to sleep. Everything else a-okay, but a bit worried about this past week.

Up north for the weekend :) Went for 1 hour easy walk. felt fine. Tiredness hit around 3pm, slept for 2hrs and felt good for the rest of the evening!

Really struggled today. Woke up tired with a headache and really couldn't face a 2hr tutorial. Made it through the day but not one for the books.

Nice week away, felt fine for pretty much all of it :) Slept 10+ hours each night then an hour in the afternoon to avoid a crash in the evening. Went for a couple of walks, all ok, and just chilled a fair bit. Good stuff.
