2.5 hr walk, slow/ fatigued uphill but good otherwise. Been another good week, minus a few wobbles. Really really happy with progress.

Lakes for a surprise birthday weekend, which involved the Coledale fell race today. Walked up the last descent and watched everyone come past then jogged down with mum to the finish. Really do miss the fells, looking forward to race again :) Great day though and couldn't have been a nicer day for it.
