Headache going to sleep last night, worried cause it's been a few weeks since the last one.

In Ambleside today so went for a walk with Beth, nice catchup :) Health-wise, it's been a good week, probably not as good as the last couple but there's always going to be a few bumps in the road. Most importantly I didn't crash, hopefully that's a distant memory now.

lib and back. So tired today, both sleepwise and whole body was just like nah. Was also really cold going to sleep last night, took a few hours of sleep to warm up. Perhaps overdone it past few days.

Pentlands with Ignacio in the morning, about 2 hrs. Then around and about Edinburgh in the afternoon, Maya joined :) Beaut day and felt good. The last time I walked the same climb in the Pentlands I had to sit down at the top to let the headache subside, but not this time yeee. All g.
