Felt okay but not all too good. Went for a walk in Bluebell woods, v nice but was so slowww. Perked up in the afternoon but then had a headache going to sleep.

Woke up feeling drained, muscles were really achy and foggy head. Went for a little walk, which helped a bit but then spent most of the day in bed, not much zing at all. Had some company though which was nice, and a visit from Ben and Jerry.

thought my body needed to rest and was probably right as I was edging on a crash from around 8pm. Hard to keep my eyes open and head was all shit.

Big whopper of a sleep set me up nicely for a meadows lap waddle. Stopped at dvc for a rest, then carried on. Felt good and very happy. Nice sit down on the links after in the sun, thankfully no golf balls were flying about.

Foggy head in afternoon, nothing too bad but hard to concentrate.
