Chill day around Como, so very nice. Legs were so sore from the descent yesterday but thankfully my kind friend cycled me round all day.

Woooooooooooooo first run down a mountain in a long time, grin plastered on my face the whole way. Took the train up, half of it was underground, very cool. Met Jemima at the top and ran down together. Finished with a swim, not bad at all.

Braids with Sasha, up to 30 minutes! :D Started at Hermitage and ran all the way to the top, no stopping or nuffink. Rest at the top, taking it all in, Edinburgh gets more beautiful every time I see her. Ran down through the golf course and back through the woods. Stopped at 30 and walked back. Happy happy very happy. Legs felt like bricks for ~5 mins, but okay for the other 25. Head good. Felt fine for the rest of the day!

Awful sleep, bad headache, usually goes away as I get to sleep. Slept for 1:30 hrs in the afternoon, but pretty exhausted all day.
