Parkrun Copenhagen style. There were 3 to choose from but we decided to head to the one by the sea. The course was 2 loops, didn’t know if I’d do it all but just went with it. Felt quite alright. Stuck behind an Australian for the first lap who had only just landed 2 hours prior to the start, dedication! Few other parkrun tourists running as well, very international. Finished with a swim and breakfast on the beach. Ideal :)

Train to Oringen in the afternoon.

More mountains, Crib Goch and Snowdon. Body felt tired but enjoyed it. Slept the whole journey home, absolutely wacked.

Walk up Tryfan today, felt really good and loved being in the mountains. Head felt fine, had enough energy, everything was good. :))
