Note

Didn't sleep very well last night, woke up in the night and couldn't get back to sleep for a long time. Woke up tired/headachy in the morning but felt better by the evening. Been a great week nonetheless, perhaps the best yet?

Parkrun. Enjoyed and felt fine! Pretty good for the rest of the day but tired by the late afternoon. Had a nap around 5pm but it didn't help too much. Went to bed 8:30.

Didn't sleep too well last night, body was tired but I think I was still buzzing from the hill race :D Anyway, felt really good all day today which was surprising. No symptoms at all!

Caerketton Hill Race, thought I'd give it a go as my first hill race back, only 3.5km. Still not running properly, holding back a lot and making myself walk a fair bit. But felt good, HR was really good and energy there. Great evening. Big ty to Florence and Sasha for supporting! Light headache after but nothing too bad at all!

Felt good all day and was craving some Meadows action. Headed out with Sasha whilst dinner was in the oven. In the end head wasn't brilliant so walked a fair bit. Body was really cold after and only went away when I got to sleep. You win some, you lose some.
