Got some progress coming for y'all. Pretty happy with the last few weeks, made some nice improvements!
- Sleeping less and fine the next day, feeling better when I wake up in the night. - Clearer head/less brain fog etc - Less frequent headaches, and haven't had any running for a while! - Legs aren't as heavy when running and haven't had jelly/ numb legs in ages!! - Energy is mostly there day to day.
So that just leaves a few small things to go! -Body tiredness -Achy muscles and the odd headache - Wired/stressed feeling - Temp regulation
Running 19:19  4.05 km (4:46 / km) ahr:155 max:170 rhr:45 slept:10.5
Short course xcountry. 2 laps, 4km. Not sure what intensity to put this, probably in between 3 and 4, took the first lap steady then pushed a little on the 2nd lap. Felt good anyway, pretty chuffed. Felt fine after, although found it hard to stay warm.
Not gonna lie, felt a little rough in the evening. But still, a good day.

Woke up feeling a liiiittle bit wired/on edge but managed it well and was fine by midday and was excited to run! Through Hermitage and up onto Blackford with Sasha. Went on a new path, not that we saw much of it, and spied on some fireworks. All fine and dandy.
