Flat/downhill jog 20 min. Not feeling super strong but enjoyed nonetheless.

Fine all day. Went for a walk in the Pentlands after dinner. Much snow much like.

Umming and ahing whether I should go for a little jog, feeling a little hesitant about possible consequences which I can't be arsed with anymore. Went for the jog and glad I went because it boosted my mood a significant amount and I didn't get many bad effects :)
