Valentine's run (/walk) with Sasha. Bumped into Roanne and Eddie who had a similar idea:) Felt really good during the run and completely fine for the rest of the day :) Also - first 60 minute run in almost 3 years? Since September I've been doing ~35 minutes twice a week, with the odd 40 minute here and there, so this was big! Won't be happening too often unfortunately, need to build it up gradually.
