Froth session back at the mighty Mt Eden! 3*threshold then 1 jogged one more casual for my first foray back into hill sessions (also race coming up this weekend). Times were 7:51 (oops) 8:19, 8:17. Pace control was sub-optimal and apparently my heart wasn't beating.. but was feeling very good!
