I'm back. Was meant to go up to 7 but felt great so ran the full sesh. Target was 3:34s with 60sec rests and I ran without a watch behind another guy for all bar the last 600 of the last one. Times were 3:33, 3:34, 3:34, 3:34, 3:33, 3:30, 3:29, 3:15. Was on track for a 3:26 on the last one then decided to try and drop the other guys on the last 600m. Pulled out a 70 last 400 but didnt quite get away! Felt great tonight :D Next week plan is for 45sec rests and I might try target of 3:30. Excited for aussie!

Worlds shortest gym sesh, did some quick calf work and shoulders then stretching and loosening. This session is the toughest gym (after intervals) so I think I will just build it up slowly. Ironically these sessions have been the toughest part of my weeks this year so I'm going to be more cautious over the next few months in building them up slowly.
