Got a little rekt by this training, the legs across the blank map were a little long and I found myself not being very confident at all on the relocation. Thinking of doing the identical training next week again, this produced exactly the feeling I get in bad races/spells - I drop concentration, panic a little I guess and stop seeing things clearly. The problem is confidence I think - so much of my training is about always being in control that I've become scared of what happens when I lose control...
