80% effort sprint training

Awesome map! Up at 2300ish m asl so pretty high, not many trees and quite a few snow patches! Was cruising at a moderate pace as I had a relay afterwards and my knee was getting sore.

Relay training on another part of the middle map, teams of two running two legs each (4 total). Officially were 'racing' some swiss and usa teams but I was feeling quite tired by this point so didn't really push hard. Knee was getting sorer, probably because of all the rock hopping.
Note
Last hard day before JWOC - I'm feeling like physically I'm not really peaking here unfortunately. Possibly having not adjusted to the altitude yet might be a factor + a cold which the remainder of is still here and a knee which is still sore might be effecting me but I think my last training cycle was probably timed wrong. Oh well, just means more emphasis on orienteering well and of course, learning as much as possible.
