Luckily everyone else is racing so joined in with 8*150m with jog in betweens. Consistent around 21-22, first one around 20. Coach said form was good today, lungs didn't agree on last one.
In other news, my coach has announced she is retiring! Kinda sad as she's helped me go from broken leg to where I'm at today. I've decided to stick on and see what the replacement coach, John Bowden is like. He has a pretty good rep (holding a world record is no small feat!) so could be the impetus I need to get to the next level. Will mean a change in training after Aussie, but that should help me to fit in more kms (track moving to tuesday means I won't have two hard sessions back to back mid week). Meeting him next thursday.
