The hill past the prison is tough wow. I'm starting to hit some decent top 100 spots out of 2000-3000 people in the hill segments on strava - nice not feeling quite as useless as normal

Note

Bitter sweet - officially named in the WOC team but suffered a small injury in the weekend which has me off running currently. Awaiting to see what the physio says tomorrow, it feels like my last injury but not quite as bad and on a smaller toe's tendon on the other foot. Hopefully this means I'll be back running quickly but taking it easy until I know more!

Believe it was caused by my calfs tightening up and trying to run through it - at least that is what google said...

In the rain in riverhead with new shoes. Pretty strong effort and the offroad barefoot shoes were nice to move through terrain with, excited about those. But my left foot progressed to bad stop feeling pain mode by the end of my warm down, hopefully I intercepted this injury in time to get back in a week or 2..

Was moving strongly on the warm up and down, with barefoot shoes on I felt my form was very nice. Unfortunately the injury means no running since
