Slow first loop, but wasn't going to complain, second loop, started to push the effort feeling really good. Last loop, pushed it all the way, had some good help from the guys (Kev, Joe) really made me push it as I didn't want them to pass me. Overall pleased with the effort.

Pretty good I thought, really tried to push the 30 sec portion (drive the arms). pleased with the effort. Legs and body felt tired on the cd.

Not bad a of a long run. Wasn't overly difficult today. But, I'm not used to running longer than 70 min. Not sure how I feel about 80 min to be honest, feels long.........
