Thought it wasn't too bad, went out super conservative, and thought I was rolling the whole way. Passed 118 people, and didn't feel like anyone was passing me after the 3km mark. Probably could have went out a bit harder, next time!

Okay race, first lap kept it simple, worked with Josh, then gradually started pushing it on the second lap. Its tough mentally in the middle portion of the race with no one around you. Something to work on (mental game) this weekend.
