No need for a longrun - I dunno what's goin' on with me nowadays. I'm tired, but my school and workout performance is good. Still, running's not progressing. It's confusing, because actually it is developing, but there are days when I just don't have power or something. Not sure for the reason. The longer intervals are defenetely worse now. I should be focusing on these, but I don't want to reduce my workout sessions. The thing is that I think during the constant cross trainings and workouts, we fell over the horse and now I like working out more than running. Anyway, we need to discuss this with my trainer, so we can improve our plans. There might be some changes in the weekly sessions.
Plan for the week:
Mo - 4x1lap around Stadium u3.50/90r, strength with Laci
Tu - 12x400 u75/90r, hurdles
We - Gym
Th - easy run + TRX (maybe only TRX or easy run on terrain)
Fr - 14x200/100 30
Sa - 4x1lap around Stadium u3.40/2minr
Su - 70min (or less, but on terrain)
