A more intensive WUP session due to colder drizzle. Planned to be an easy run.

Easy course, map wasn't perfect, but managed to stay focused throughout. Couple of routechoice mistakes, but nothing serious. Great O-Labirynth in the end.

Nice run, but lungs húrt a lot. It seems it was a bit too much again :(. Annoying. Otherwise a great park run with a couple of micro-routechoice mistakes and outrun-mistakes.

An easy run at Nyíregyháza Kupa. Surprisingly good course and tricky map. Even a mistake to 4th, when I didn't check all of my chosen route so had to turn back at the 1/5.

Fartlek running with the guys. 4x 2mins/3mins the faster sessions between 3:30-3:40. Godd run, easy pace, until..... lungs. Again. Annoying.

To 70. It was really hot and also really windy, so it was a real challenge, but managed to survive. Times: 69.5; 68.1; 70.2; 70.4; 69.9; 70.1; 70.6; 69.6; 70.0; 69.6; With 2mins of rest.

Stretching and laufschule afterwards with hurdle-combinations in it. Surprisingly, didn't feel like a whale on the coast.
