Outer knee felt stressed. Maybe I'm a bit overtrained, but no problem. Oxigen Cup tomorrow, and a day off afterwards.

Stretching, drills and laufschule on hurdles. Nice one, but there were too many of us and couldn't focus on the job. Got upset, but due to it, started to make mistakes but managed to keep chilled. Nice job af. 6x drills in the end.

Nice run around Stadium with Miki, Andris and Levi. Legs felt great. Stretching and strides.

The plan was 6x1000m. The odd nes under 3.05; the seconds 3.20. Didn't feel that I could do this training, but mentally I broke through a gate I think. First one wasn't so good, maybe because of being afraid of running it too hard. 3.07 OK, second was supposed to be easier, but felt even worse. 3.21 That's where I decided to go for it - all in for the training, push it under 05. Didn't even struggle with this, running felt great, first la was 70 so didn't wory after it: 3.04 Then an easy one: 3.20 And the next hard 3.04. When I started the last 1k, felt my knees stressed, so decided to quit after 200. Weekend was hard, and I want no overtraining and stuff like that.

Easy run with Andris and Miki. Felt bad, knees struggled with the weekend. Had some trouble on the uphills around Stadium but kept with them. Decends were just sh*t, knees hurt.

Pistol squats on BOSU combined with the "fallinf ahead" thing. Then deadlift on BOSU with "superman-stands" and push-us. A 5-min plank in the end.
