David Lloyd - Renfrew
Leg extension superset Leg curl max 15 each max extension 80kg Max curl 87.5kg used as warm up.
Superset 15 reps X 4
Leg press feet close 4 X 20 - 50kg, 57.5kg, 72.5kg, 80kg - tough.
Barbell squat - 50kg X 15, 60kg X 12, 70kg X 10, 90kg X 8. Very light but working form and getting as low as possible due to tight hamstrings/lower back much better due to stretches.
Dumbbell lunge superset with stuff dumbbell deadlifts. 10x on both. 18kg, 20kg, 22kg and 24kg. Left wrist struggling to
Hold dumbbell due to soreness from motorbike.

Full weights session was done slow reps all working on form and getting max range of movement.

Physio stretches.
