Skate Roller Ski intervals (L3 Skate at French ) 40:00 [3]

Went alone on all the intervals but the last because I had been feeling fatigued and had not finished recent skiing intervals
Ended up feeling good and worked on my extension

Hard L4s- we started off pretty fast and I couldn't finish the set
I felt fatigued but my DP was powerful

Easy skate in the city w 1 hour of DP
Feeling good on skis- strong upper body right now
