Really solid TT
I tried to start relatively within myself and found that I was comfortable with pushing myself
My V2 feels significantly better and my fitness level is higher than it has ever been

1st- 8:50- 1.79 miles - avg Hr about 170-171- couldn't tell bc of laps
2nd- 8:45 - 1.82 miles - avg Hr 174
3rd- 8:59 - 1.87 miles - avg Hr 174

Felt really solid on these- stayed within myself and kept up with Torsten easily

Classic Roller Ski intervals (L4 Classic at Hyland ) 14:45 [4] 2.63 mi (5:36 / mi) +324ft 5:01 / mi

1st- 3:45- avg HR- 169 10.5 mph
2nd- 3:44- avg HR- 171 10.7 mph

Felt ok on these but started to feel pretty tired and tense
