Hurt Mega Relays @ Ski Bowl! -skied millions of 2.5 K hilly loops -worked on raising poles higher when V2ing uphill, using hang pole more when going uphill, cornering tightly etc. -4 fast uphills **felt comfortable on downhills and in transitions ***really fun day! Hope I can do it again next year!!
Skate Ski @ Qby trails -20 min warm-up 2x8 min Level 3 intervals, w/ 4 min rest in between -35 min cool down -6x 30 sec pick-ups L4 **felt good, hard finding L3 pace
Saratoga/ Shen race @ Ski Bowl -15 min warm-up -6 pick-ups -5K skate race **started in last wave and had to get around a lot of people *won race -15 min running cool down
OD skate ski @ LP w/ Amy -Ladies 5K, Flatlander, Orange loops etc. -worked on aggressive pole plant, endurance, continuous V2 etc. **felt pretty tired from race, but still nice to go for a long ski!
