*snow was very nice, good coverage
-worked on high hands, continuous V2, cornering, cutting tangents, hills

-skied with the boys today

Got some snow overnight (basically just powder on ice)

**technique clinic, 15 min continuous double poling, opening hips up etc.
*snow was slow and bad
-pull-ups

Cross training (Weight room ) 45:00 [2]

-No snow @ Qby, practice inside
-5 min run around school
-10 min core excersizes
-30 min in weight room
*worked on sequential box jumps, leg press, elliptical and biking
**arms and back sore from rock climbing
-pull-ups
*felt a tired today and will be sore tomorrow!
