AM shakeout, felt really heavy and still fighting some residual congestion.

Run 50:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)

pre act, 15WU,
20 min of 4:15 steady, :45 surge, 15 CD, push and sit, stretch, roll.

Ran what I felt like was ok, had ease off half way because I couldn't get my breathing under control and felt like I was working really hard. Overall, still feeling like crap and effort seems to be disproportionate to how I'm running.
