Started the race comfortable and positive, moving well till halfway. Rather then having another gear to keep progressing, had nothing. Don't remember much of the last 3k or so since I was having a hard time breathing and got really dizzy. Despite the mediocre running, I can't say I could've pushed any harder e.g. anytime I tried to surge I felt lightheaded, I'd lose my peripherals and felt as though I was going to pass out. Not sure yet what to make of that.

first tempo was controlled, intervals were as fast as I could go and felt dizzy and breathing completely out of control by the end of each one. Legs felt ok, but really had a hard time breathing and still coughing quite a bit.

20 min of 4:15 steady, :45 surge, 15 CD, push and sit, stretch, roll.

Ran what I felt like was ok, had ease off half way because I couldn't get my breathing under control and felt like I was working really hard. Overall, still feeling like crap and effort seems to be disproportionate to how I'm running.
