Note

Achilles was feeling significantly more sore then it has in awhile so opted to take it easy. Went on a couple short easy hikes in Tofino and went surfing for 3hours which was a strength workout in itself.

Ok'ish run along the trails in Jericho park out to UBC. Achilles was pretty sore today and legs felt tired.

Good run along the Vancouver waterfront. Tucked into some hilly trails in Stanley park but the legs were barely moving after all the biking over the last couple days, so the flatter waterfront was a nice change. Moving at a decent pace, at least along the flat sections.
