Decent run again today, mild pain/tender with R achilles as per usual, but lots of stretching and icing it at the end of the day has been keeping it stable with the increase in running this week.

Definitely longer then I had anticipated, but was feeling really good, moving well and minimal pain. Spent the time to work on the achilles afterwards given the extra km's today.

HOME! Good run after the last stretch of driving home. Wasn't too sore, and only felt like garbage in the last 10mins or so, although I attribute this to crossing 3 time zones in 3 days. Looking to get back into some more regular strength work this next week.
