This was tough, partly from my sleep schedule being all messed up and partly from my legs feeling like garbage. Stayed true to effort, building and was working pretty hard in the end.
Early AM long run-shuffle ending at the hospital. On call Frid-Sun this weekend which means running within 20mins of the hospital on a lot less sleep. Decent long run overall.
