15 w-up, 2x 6x 1min hard 1min easy, 2mins between sets,16 cd.
Really rough trail, a lot of fallen logs to get over/under. Not a bad workout but started very slow and slowly got into it. Second set best quality.

Long portage plus ran a bunch of rapids to get to the best fishing hole I have ever seen. More rapids (and a tipped canoe) then out into the bigger lakes to paddle back to the campsite into the wind for 3 hours, plus an hour of getting lost on one of the lakes.

Ended up having time for a longer run, really feeling the effects of the sun by the end.

Canoeing up stream + portages. Had to get to our campsite before the sun went down so we had to turn a normally 5 hour paddle into 3hours. Feeling exhausted before it even started

Stomach really hurt, couldn't go much faster than tempo without a lot of pain
