Race swim, nice and quick and to the point. Enjoyed having a swimming wetsuit.

Good solid bike ride, great practice for eating and biking. Got in the aero position a couple of times, and rode technical stuff i may have got off in the past

Very long run, used the first bit to recover. Got very bruised feet toward the end, and think I over fed.
Run in balclutha, was feeling tired from lots of physical work, and tripped and skinned my knee + bruised foot (which came right in 2 days thank goodness).
