Had to motivate myself to go out tonight. So short staffed at work ad the amount of days I've had to work and 10hr days are exhausting me to say the least!
Thought I should just get out for a bimble. Started off just at a steady jog and then got really into it.. Turned out to be a bit of a speedy bimble in the end!! Incorporated a few hills so was trying to keep the same speed and really drive up them.
Really enjoyed it, slowly starting to be able to keep speed up for a bit longer. Could I have gone further? Yeah possibly, gotta just slowly keep increasing.
Back and Arms with Nat before work. Haven't done back in two weeks so feeling a bit weak!!

Rested my legs for two days. Need to remember my body isn't used to all this and especially the strain I'm putting on it. Need to just slowly get back into, don't want to keel over!!!
My Daney is back!!! Got to go for a run with him! He said my fitness has come on a lot since our last run over a month ago...win!!
